CONSULTING FOR CHURCHES & CHRISTIAN HEALTHCARE PROFESSIONALS

“So Christ himself gave the apostles, the prophets, the evangelists, the pastors and teachers, to equip his people for works of service, so that the body of Christ may be built up.” — Ephesians 4:11–12 (NIV)
Introduction
I am so glad you’ve found your way here.
Decades ago, I felt led to build a health-focused division within my evangelism ministry, coordinating health fairs at apartment complexes, malls, youth centers, after-school programs, and church conferences — reaching several churches out of state connected through a national church fellowship, and collaborating with local businesses and organizations along the way.
That calling eventually shifted closer to home: nearly 28 years ago, it grew into a health ministry within my own local church, serving our congregation directly. From there, I developed a health education curriculum, Kingdom Health God’s Way, which I’ve taught in churches ever since. I completed my training in Faith Community Nursing more than 20 years ago, and I’ve walked alongside congregations through medical mission trips both domestic (rural Georgia) and international (Jamaica and Haiti), as well as church-wide health initiatives including Hepatitis C testing and diabetes screenings.
Along the way, I’ve come to believe something worth naming clearly: how the church views health, teaches it, and reaches the community through it should look different from the secular wellness world. The world often treats health as self-optimization, image, or fear management. Scripture calls us to something else — your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit (1 Corinthians 6:19–20), and stewardship, not performance, is the starting point. When a church builds its health ministry on that foundation, it becomes a real witness — not just another wellness program with a verse attached.
Living that out, though, has been its own journey. Integrating my faith into my nursing and health coaching practice took time, prayer, and real trial and error — learning how to navigate a secular healthcare system without losing my integrity or compromising what I believe. That journey is exactly what I want to help you walk through, whether you’re leading in a church setting or practicing in a clinical one, so you can live and work from the same sense of purpose I found on the other side of it.
Whether you’re seeking assistance building a church health ministry or trying to integrate faith and practice as a Christian healthcare professional — you’re in the right place.
